Background: Screening of presumptive cases TB for HIV is a challenge as it requires pre-test counselling and informed consent the patients. This study aims to measure proportion who were screened status their outcome.Methods: The present was record based cross sectional comprising all confirmed tuberculosis patients visited PIMS during period, from June 2019 2021. Percentage proportions used express outcome variable.Results: A total 862(39.3%) out 2,193 in last 2 years, which 9 (1%) turned positive. Out 328 microbiologically we have 325(99%) 6 (1.8%) found be positive.Conclusions: As per provide initiated testing guidelines, screening yielded positive results identifying additional
